• Shaving heads always heat up with a string. The more intense or longer the shearing takes, the more importance the shaving head cooling. Shaving heads can heat up to 30 degrees above the respective ambient temperature.
• The Aesculap BladeCool 2.0 spray can help you. It is a highly effective technical spray with multiple functions. The Aesculap BladeCool 2.0 not only immediately cools the shaving head, it also lubricates it immediately during shearing.
• Last but not least, the BladeCool 2.0 spray is very suitable for cleaning the shaving head after work. The Aesculap BladeCool spray is used at a distance of approx. 10 cm sprayed on and into the gaps of the shaving head.
• If you use the shaving head for approx. Spray briefly every 5 minutes during the line, you will not get a temperature problem with the shaving head. In addition, a well-cooled shaving head wears much slower as friction is significantly reduced.
• After cleaning the shaving head, you can also use the BladeCool spray, but it does not replace the necessary oil with cutting set oil to protect the shaving head from corrosion. We therefore recommend a special cutting set oil for the shaving head for the care / storage after cleaning the shaving head.
