200 g Trenker Dolomity (formerly Venezi's) ROGGENE Buns with Mediterranean spices and herbs. Crispy mini shaker bread
This savoury nibble is known from South Tyrol, crispy and spicy. These Rogen rolls are made from natural sour dough and finished with oregano, thyme, rosemary and garlic. We recommend these delicious rolls to gorgonzola, ham, salami and fresh cheese.
Ingredients: Rogen flour (65%), Wheat flour, salt, yeast, Wheat Malt Meal, Rye Acid Dough (Rogenmeal, Water), Mediterranean Herbs 1% (Oregano, Thyme, Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Rosemary, Pepper) Acidifier: Milk and Vinegar Acid.
May contain traces of SESAM, milk, egg, shellfruits and SOYA. Store dry and protected from heat before and after opening.
