• Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
• Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50C.
• Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
• Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37C) before serving.
