Croyden House Dumpling or Matzo Ball Mix makes a delicious side dish as dumplings or matzo balls. Fry them up or add to stew or chicken for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Matzo meal (passover wheat flour and water), salt, monocalcium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, onion, sodium bicarbonate, garlic, pepper. Contains Wheat

Directions

Blend eggs and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Add matzo ball mix and stir with fork until evenly mixed. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Drop boils into boiling water and cover. Cook for 20 minutes on a low flame.
