- Delivered With Care - Our cakes are baked fresh and then frozen and packed with dry ice to protect its beautiful appearance during transport, and of course to ensure it tastes as fresh as possible for your celebration. You will need to defrost your cake before consumption, you can do this overnight in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, or in ambient conditions for a minimum of 6 hours. Best eaten at room temperature.
