Description
- 100% natural organic honey obtained from the nectar of various flowers that grow in the Mediterranean forest, such as fennel, lavender or rosemary. It is an amber honey with an intense and floral aroma. It has an intense and sweet taste, but in turn appear salty notes and a slight bitter component.
- Recommendations for use: This honey can be consumed alone, dissolved in hot and cold drinks or as an ingredient in the preparation of roasted nuts, biscuits or meats.
- Properties: The consumption of forest honey helps fight bronchial diseases and reduce inflammation in the body. It can also be applied to small wounds or burns, since it is attributed an antibacterial effect due to its sugar content and the inhibins contained in it.
