Yo-Mix Yogurt Culture 401 (10 DCU) This culture is perfectly suited to Greek style yogurts. This is a freeze-dried culture best stored at -18C. DESCRIPTION: This culture produces a fast acidification with high viscosity. This product contains lactose derived from milk, meaning it isn't suitable for vegans. G.M.O free. USAGE LEVELS: 10 DCU will inoculate 100 litres of milk. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add required amount to milk and stir in well. COMPOSITION: Streptococcus thermophilus Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
