Directions

Mix 120g of the Yorkshire Pudding Mix with 100ml of water or milk. Stir until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or Yorkshire pudding tin. Bake at a high temperature (around 220C/425F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
